The HOA Board is happy to announce the water leak has been identified and is scheduled for repairs.
Please take notice that the East driveway of the Vermont Villas will be closed to traffic from May 9-13, 2011 for the replacement of a broken water line. The West gate will be opened for the duration of the repairs as a convenience to the owners, residents and their guests.
The water will need to be shut off following the trenching of the driveway. More than likely only four buildings will be affected by this shut off, building 1600, 1700, 1800, and 100, however it is possible that other buildings may be affected as well.
